What will it cost me to claim?

If you’ve not yet made a claim, the table below sets out the level of fees that Endowment Claimsline Ltd charges, assuming you receive a successful compensation payment.

£0 to £1,000

40% plus V.A.T. of the compensation payment

£1,001 to £2,500

30% plus V.A.T. of the compensation payment

£2,500 and above 

20% plus V.A.T. of the compensation payment

If your claim is rejected and needs to be referred to the Financial Ombudsman Service (F.O.S.), Endowment Claimsline Ltd will charge an additional 5% plus V.A.T. for the additional work involved. The above fee structure applies to each individual policy investigated by Endowment Claimsline Ltd. Endowment Claimsline Ltd. will not charge a fee in respect of the surrender value of your policy. V.A.T. is charged at a rate of 17.5% (as at 6/4/05).  Endowment Claimsline Ltd. reserves the right to amend this rate if it changes at a later date.

Please note Endowment Claimsline Ltd average compensation payment as at 1/1/05 is £4,000.
